About this notice
DEY Coaching Reviews Backend is operated by Onur Deyirmenci for DEY Coaching. This notice covers the connection to the owner’s Google Business Profile and the use of its reviews on deycoaching.com.
Only the business owner authorizes the connection. Visitors do not need to sign in to Google or grant access to their accounts to read reviews.
This notice is limited to the Google reviews connection. It does not describe the separate handling of consultation enquiries, coaching records or other website information.
Information we access
With the owner’s authorization, the connection reads information provided by Google:
- Business account and location identifiers, business name and website, to identify DEY Coaching.
- Review ratings, written comments, dates, reviewer display names and profile photos where available, plus the overall rating and review count.
- Business replies included in Google’s review response. The website display does not use these replies.
Google also issues credentials that allow the connection to renew its authorized access. These credentials are private and are not part of the public review display.
How we use it
We use this information to identify the correct business profile and retrieve and display its genuine reviews on deycoaching.com. We do not rewrite review text.
Google’s required business permission also allows management actions. This connection is implemented to read information; it does not edit business listings, delete reviews or post replies.
The website uses the owner-authorized Business Profile connection to retrieve all available reviews. If this connection is temporarily unavailable, it may show the smaller set supplied by Google Places, with the displayed count clearly stated.
Storage and protection
During setup, connection credentials are stored encrypted on the owner’s Windows computer. They are retained while the connection is needed, until the owner removes them. Revoking Google access does not by itself delete the local copy.
Connection credentials are held in protected server-side settings on Vercel. They are not included in public pages, browser code, source-control files or downloadable review material.
The backend uses a temporary memory cache to reduce repeated requests to Google. Cached results are refreshed on a request after five minutes. It does not create a permanent database or archive of reviews. Local test reports retain summary counts and ratings, without raw review text or credentials.
Control and deletion
The owner can stop future access by removing DEY Coaching from Google Account connections. Stored credentials can then be removed from the local setup and hosting settings.
